Contact us

Corrections, source suggestions, press enquiries and advertising. We read everything that arrives.

ScholarBrief is a small editorial operation, and email is the only channel we monitor. There is no phone line and no live chat, and we do not conduct business over social media direct messages. Everything below arrives at the same inbox and is routed to the right desk from there.

Reporting an error

Corrections are the most useful message we receive, and we would rather have five reports of the same problem than none. To let us act quickly, include:

  • The full URL of the page.
  • The exact sentence or field that is wrong — copy and paste it.
  • What it should say instead.
  • A link to the official source that supports the correction, where you have one.

We verify every reported correction against the provider’s own published material before changing anything, so a source link speeds this up considerably. Our corrections policy explains exactly what happens next, including when we log a change publicly on the page and when we simply fix a typo.

Message the editorial team

The form below opens a pre-filled message in your own email application. Nothing is sent to us or stored anywhere until you press send in your mail client, so no data leaves your device through this page.

What we cannot help with

We say this plainly because we receive these requests every week and we do not want anyone waiting on a reply that is not coming.

  • We cannot review, edit or score your application. Not personal statements, not essays, not CVs. Our guides are written so you can do that work yourself.
  • We cannot tell you whether you will be accepted for a course, a scholarship or a visa, or estimate your chances.
  • We cannot contact a university, embassy or scholarship provider on your behalf, chase a decision, or intervene in an appeal.
  • We cannot give immigration, legal or financial advice. Those are regulated activities in most of the countries we cover and we are not authorised to provide them.
  • We cannot recommend an education agent or consultancy. We have no way to verify them and no commercial relationships in that market.

For anything on that list, the right contacts are the admissions office of the institution, the scholarship provider’s own enquiry service, your school or university careers and guidance service, and — for immigration — a regulated adviser in the relevant country.

Postal and business details

ScholarBrief is a remote editorial operation without a public office, so we do not publish a walk-in address. Legal correspondence and formal notices should be sent to editor@thankyounotes.store marked LEGAL, and we will provide a postal address for service on request.

If someone contacts you claiming to be us

We never telephone students, never ask for a payment or a “processing fee”, never ask for banking details, passport scans or passwords, and never offer to secure a scholarship in exchange for money. Any message doing those things is not from ScholarBrief. Forward it to us marked LEGAL and read how to spot a scholarship scam.
